REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (CONSULTING SERVICE – FIRMS SELECTION)

WWF Danube Carpathian Programme (through WWF International) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the ENPI East Countries FLEG II Program, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Service”) include FLEG storytelling (short films within each country on the national and regional FLEG activities), Service consisting of the following:
Timeline: the videos are expected to be produced between March and September 2016; the first video is foreseen to come out no later than mid April, the fourth video no later than end of June, and the seventh video no later than end of September.

WWF now invites eligible consulting firms (the “Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Service. The short listing criteria are:

Consultants may submit their EOIs as an individual firm or in association in the form of a joint venture or – subconsultancy. All the members of the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire assignment. However, the experience of sub-consultant will not be considered while short-listing.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection based on Consultants Qualifications (CQS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines, for which the best qualified and experienced firm shall be selected and only this one selected firm shall be asked to submit a combined technical and financial proposal.
