Assignment Title: 1205875 - Review and analysis of current forestry-related legislation, institutional and administrative structure
Current activity aims at conducting a full scale review of the forestry sector legislative, institutional and administrative frameworks, in order to identify existing gaps and contradictions within different legislative pieces related to the sector. The World Bank is one of the implementing organizations (IOs) of the ENPI FLEG II program. These TORs are for consultancy services to be provided under a contract signed between the World Bank Yerevan Office (hereinafter the Client), and a Consulting Firm (the Consultant). Current activity aims at conducting a full scale review of the forestry sector legislative, institutional and administrative frameworks, in order to identify existing gaps and contradictions within different legislative pieces related to the sector.
Current assignment suggests:
The World Bank now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
