Result of the competition for the assignment on Implementation of pilot projects on identification, mapping and evaluation of forests with high conservation values (HCVFs) in Armenia with recommendations for incorporation of the HCVF concept into forest policies and legislation, publication and training

WWF, as one of the implementing organizations of ENPI FLEG II Program, informs that the Bid for the assignment on Implementation of pilot projects on identification, mapping and evaluation of forests with high conservation values (HCVFs) in Armenia with recommendations for incorporation of the HCVF concept into forest policies and legislation, publication and training with the procurement reference ADA/ARM/CQS-7 was finalized and the contract was awarded to the “Biodiversity and Landscapes Conservation Union” NGO, Armenia.

Three organizations expressed their interest in the proposed assignment and were shortlisted: “Biodiversity and Landscapes Conservation Union” NGO, “Young Foresters Union” NGO and “Nature Rights Protection” NGO.  The contract with the “Biodiversity and Landscapes Conservation Union” NGO entered into force on 18 November 2015, the estimated contract completion time is September 2016.
